The original Opus web site, Milton village, won fourth prize in the Local Council Review newspaper's Web Site of the Year Awards.
Local Council Review is the newspaper of NALC, the National Association of Local Councils. In making the award the judges said:
| This site is all about content. It has lots of information, is up-to-date and is easy to use. Easy to understand information about the parish council answers any questions any elector may have, and the reams of village information makes it an invaluable resource. Everything from bus timetables, maps and village news and other local web sites add to the impressive balance, and make it indispensable for the local people of the community. |
