Best Friend Test

Had a migraine today so I got bugger all done in the day time¹, although I was quite productive this evening². And Jenny, my skipper on my recent sailing trip popped in to see us and to join us for lunch which was nice. She's back to the boat this Friday to continue her voyage around the UK.

Oh yes, I nearly forgot. The best friend test:

Put your dog and your wife in the boot of the car for an hour.

When you open the boot again, who is really happy to see you?

(I did tell Beth this joke ... she didn't hit me so I think I got away with it.)

1. I spent most of the afternoon watching "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip" - I'm still on the episodes I've seen before ... which was probably a good thing given the state of my brain. Sigh.
